Fitting equipment on the roof

When stuff like satellite dishes, Tv and Wifii antennas are fitted properly to a motorhome roof, What are the chances of water ingress via the holes that have been drilled for cabling over time.

If done right and fully sealed with sikaflex, there is little to no chance of them leaking. To remove them means mechanically cutting through the set polyurethane, which is no easy task
