This story has been covered a couple of times before with people who have bought the MHs only to find they do not legally own them.
What I didn’t realise was that the loan money for the chattel mortgages came from individuals rather than banks.
Terrible all round.

Yet another vulture feeding off innocent people. Its far to easy for this kind of scum as they become Ltd and in no time are millionaires.
I recently had this type of fraud with a motorhome on sale or return and lost over £20k. The bandit came out of it very nicely indeed.
