Firestick with Avtex TV

I'm currently setting up a Firestick on my Avtex Pro TV and am having some difficulty pairing the remote with the TV. The Firestick software has a drop down list of hundreds of TVs, none of which are Avtex.
Does anyone know of a suitable 'proxy' within the list or is it necessary to use the 'other' function?
I've currently got most of the remote functions working, with the exception of the volume control which is annoying.
Another curiosity, is that when I press the 'home' button, it actually changes the HDMI output on the TV.

Firestick tv/sound settings!

Upon installing a new firestick in the avtex tv. On setting the remote up for the sound toggle it asks for tv make, Avtex doesn’t come up in the option list, so select none of the above, go to alternative sound, click sound bar make, again Avtex doesn’t come up, select none of the above...

And some say selecting AVATEX will work.

Also, need decent USB power to do the initial setup.

My previous suggestion is now priced at £67.66 on Amazon…… ridiculous!!!!!! It was £19.99 when I bought one in June 2022.
