Interesting, mikash , thanks. How do the numbers stack up in your summer?

Summer is easy. Long days, not much heating. Can mostly get away without ac too. Although this summer had record long hot streak in Lapland, reindeer were forcing their way into people's garages and basements to get cool but its still 25-30c only so nothing compared to southern Europe

Winter is worst case since no solar and very cold. If you can do a week in winter and add a little panels on top, you wont have to think about elec much for the warmer half of the year.

Was in our car near Morrisons at Balby earlier this afternoon, so thought I would check if LPG available.

A motorhome was filling up, so they have a supply. However, the idiot filling up had his gas locker door open and was filling a Gaslow tank through an extension flexible pipe with a filler connection on the end which his Wife/GF was holding together with the filling gun from the pump whilst he was depressing the fill button!!!!!!! Did not stop any longer than necessary.
