Fiat Safety Recall (1 Viewer)

in case some of you don't get the recall letter from Fiat I have received a letter (even though I returned my Fiat) the letter states "on a number of Fiat ducato vehicles 2018-2019 their is a product non conformity of the throttle body the inter cooler sleeve attached to throttle body can become detached resulting in a warning light and a loss of power, the fix is replacement of current sleeve and modified clamps Fiat ref 6213.

As this is regarded as a safety issue you are requested to make an appointment with your Fiat dealer as early as possible

No of course not but if you are involved in an accident try telling your insurance you thought it was nothing to worry about especially if they check with Fiat and can prove you've had the letter I am sure Fiat would not admit a problem unless they deemed it a safety hazard

Not had a letter but did know of the recall, it came up when I signed up on Fiat camper. Took my van they had it in the workshop 15-20 mins right mate job done all good, no idea what they did. Fiat camper still showing the same recall and workshop didn't give me anything to say what had me done.

Letter says 2018/2019 models. But someone recalled for 2017 ... if you go on Fiat camper website and put in your chassis number it will tell you
