3 years 30,000 miles UK and Europe.. Campsites and off Grid.
I remember reading about this earlier this year and did some searching then and decided my 2020/21 van wasn't affected.

Got this letter today. It's ok though, I've only done 7500 miles in it in the last 7 months!

Just out of interest, why have Fiat not had to do a recall (and fix) on the airbag failures. Fully understand a steering component fault and need to fix but a non working airbag must also be a safety issue. On my old Honda Jazz I had a recall for a faulty window swing when it was was out of warrantee.

Is there an issue with airbags?

Yes! Multiple members have had to replace the computer (ECU) that operates the airbags. An expensive fix and at the moment a difficult fix as the part in question has been difficult to get due to world wide shortage of components. There have been numerous threads in Fun, I believe most have the Airbag ECU in the thread title and as always, there is a wealth of information that has been shared - worth some reading in case you are unfortune to suffer this issue. This is a Fiat problem and common to all MHs that use the Fiat engine regardless of MH manufacturer.
