I've a feeling that you'll need to replace the whole unit; maybe worth investigating scrap merchants. With post-2007 Ducatos it's quite an easy operation: unclip the plastic surround inside the door's window; unbolt the mirror; unclip the mirror control unit; unplug the mirror and attach a piece of string to the lead (this is to guide the replacement lead back into the door); lift and pull the mirror off.
Hi , I have a newer 2013 Citroen jumper and have just bought off eBay a new mirror casing for £9 posted! It’s the same for a fiat ducato, Peugeot boxer or Citroen relay.
My one is black tho!
I think yours is the long arm model if you want to buy a new mirror complete £65-£90! Off eBay
Be aware if it’s electric adjustable and or heated!!!

Is it imperative to fix it now? we had a similar incident in Scotland year before last, just patched up the big mirror with duck tape, little mirror not critical. Deal with it properly when you get home and can scour the internet. (Found a supplier which did a very good aftermarket ducato long armed version complete with mirrors and temp sensor for £80 new). Has been working perfectly ever since. There is a really helpful youtube video on removing/replacing the unit.
Oh Steve forgot to say on my one 2013 Citroen the big mirror pops out and you can see the screws that hold the casing on! No need to remove the whole thing!
Oh and look on here in classifieds for mirror protectors, NOT the cheap milenco ones but proper mirror guards with heavy foam in as they will help protect your mirrors against damage!
