Fiat Ducato air filter help !

Evening ,
Afrer a four drive I’ve stopped at Preston ,
Looked over van oil & water etc perfect ,
But slight play & looks Pershing at bottom of pipe going to bouton off air filter
2002 Duc
2-8 jtd
Pic attached it fits in so must have but to clip into ?
Maybe been like that since i go last year .

I can't really see or understand what the problem is ?
All hoses appear to have jubilee type clips on

Edit : ok, that part, is it lose, appears connected to the air filter duct

under jubilee it pulls out then fits back in should it be a sealed unit !?
Looks cracked

Van driving fine no issues was just checking

If it pushes on but will pull off, it may just need the clip tightening

I think it might be part of the crankcase breather arrangement, just clean off any oil present, push on and tighten up.
