Got the cambelt changed for €350, which is cheaper than most UK workshops. 1991 Hymer 534 Fiat 1.9 TD.
I found them on the Fiat website. Maybe that can be a useful way to find other workshops, although some Fiat dealerships are 3x more expensive.
