Does anyone know the amount of oil needed to go from minimum to max on the dipstick?

Also what oil is best to use? Handbook says selenia wr pe and previous owner appears to have written 5w30 so wanted to check if that sounds right. My friend Mr Google seems to have conflicting opinions of 5w30 / 5w40 or 0w30.

Your handbook should also show the engine oil viscosity.

You say "WR PE" do you mean 'Selenia WR Pure Energy 5W-30 Engine Oil'?

Thanks - it just says Selina WR PE no viscocity other than what is handwritten

I use this because having had ours (2014 2.3 150 X250) serviced by Fiat Professional from new until 5 years old, Fuchs is what they used. They looked at me strange when I mentioned Selenia, though said they could order some if I really wanted that.

What year is the van?

From memory it's about 1 ltr from low to full. Try not to overfill it that's worse than it being low.

Thanks for the replies - its a 2013 Van.
5W30 fully synthetic looks to be the one

See this thread

Today’s woe: “insufficient oil pressure”

But in short it’s one litre between max and min and you need 5w30 Fully Synthetic oil
