Few nights 'twixt Bedford and Taunton(ish) this weekend? (1 Viewer)

Booked in for a Growler with Eddie at Vanbitz Tuesday, staying on the site Monday and Tuesday night and home Wednesday, BUT, setting off Saturday morning looking for somewhere Saturday and Sunday Night for me and the wife, Monday she will get the train back from Taunton while I stay and get the work done.

So, ideally, somewhere near a decent pub / restaurant for Saturday and Sunday nights? Not bothered if its a site, car park etc. Anyone got a favourite down that way?

Looking on their site and the surrounding reviews, pub, boats etc etc, looks like a contender for Saturday night for sure!!!

Salisbury C&CC is a pleasant walk or bus ride from the city centre plus there’s a Harvester restaurant near the site.

Bath Marina camp site, great location with park and ride busses every 15 minutes into the city. Come in from Bristol to avoid the LEZ.
