One of my 11kg Cylinders has developed a fault and will not turn off - tap closes but gas still flows. I called Pete at CMR who fitted the system in 2006, told him of the problem and his first words were "it needs changing, when can I do it" Now, he is about 35 miles or so away from me in Yately, and would have come to me to change it FOC as there is a very long warrantee on the cylinders. As we are going to the Western Show; so is he; I said he can change it there. No problem says Pete. Now that is customer service:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:
