Never sure if it's spelled Sergent or Sergeant? Anyway..............After a year or so of no issues, for the last six weeks I have been getting regular calls from Swift Sergeant tracking agents thinking my van has been taken. Has anybody else experienced this and managed to discover the cause, I wonder?

pssssst Sargent.;)
No idea about it though.

I asked Sargent to test my tracker unit on my 2019 model van : result was you need to have a new tracker unit as yours is inoperative ,this was two weeks after having a new control panel fitted as was faulty .so far on this van I have added 1600 miles just to and fro the dealers with the multitude of problems .The dealer is based 80 miles away so you can see how many times we have been .

1,600 divided by 80 equals an invite to the staff Christmas party!;):giggle:

Had my tracker unit replaced earlier this year (2019 van) as it failed to connect online maybe 20+ times over the previous 12 months. Each time I contacted Sargent and they said it was fine, always came back online but obviously concerned it wasn't tracking 24/7. Eventually, they agreed to fit a new unit. Its been fine since other than the false alarm on Friday!
