Correct Peter, they still do. They are all judged and the winner goes into the Ninot museum. The rest go up in flames.

We saw the ones in Cullera. However I have to say that I wouldn't ever attend the burning again. They douse them with petrol to make sure they burn and the fumes given off because they are made of polystyrene were horrendous.
