Fait Base Service requirements

My 2.8 fiat base is coming up to 6 years old, its always had a full service each year, (got the service bills) last year it had the cam belt changed (and the followers?).

Its only done just under 12k miles (4.5k by first owner in 4 years rest by me in two).

Does it need a full service each year on this mileage? Now that its getting checked by the mot testers, can I just check all the levels and tyres myself, and have the oil and filter changed plus the alko axel greased up at mot time?

have a look in the service book for intervals of service , our autotrail is a 2002 with 17500 miles on the clock in Dec2009 i had a full service and all belts done ,at a cost of £350 in Dec 2010 i had an intrim service done at a cost of £84, i will have another intrim service this year then a main service with out belts in Dec 2012
