Facebook messenger on Samsung phone (1 Viewer)

Good Evening
I’m looking for a bit of advice, we are not the most technical people, the wife and I, we use the stuff but beyond pressing the buttons don’t really understand everything.

A message has come up on wife’s phone regarding her chat history. She cannot access messages and we are not sure what to press to solve it. Maybe someone has the knowledge to get us through this as we are very unsure and can’t risk losing all her messages.
All help appreciated!

No only this device, have tried pressing google but comes up with an e mail address similar but not the same as one used.
Cannot ignore as cannot get past the screen to access messages.

Wife has tried on laptop and can access as normal.

We just created 6 digit pins - same as each other and very memorable. Wife only has phone anyway.

I had same.As said above Just just create a six digit number and it will go back to normal.

I got the same on my Google pixel so it's not just Samsung , just created a 6 digit pin.

I too got that yesterday and had no idea I'd ever had a pin so, like others, created one and all back to normal.

I have done it too, but how many of us will remember the pin when we need it?
