Looking for some help in sourcing at least one external locker door hinge as per the images.
Looks like the fitted one seized some time ago - I thought it was just stiff - and has finally given up.
I have searched the infamous online auction site without success so hoping a Funster can point me at a reliable source. 20220403_140549.jpg20220403_140602.jpg20220403_140532.jpg

Not sure what size your current hinges are, but having a quick look it does look like they are Autocruise hinges which apparently O'Leary Motorhomes brought the entire stock of https://forums.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/Motorhomes/Hints-and-Tips/Stiff-locker-hinge/29512/
Depending on the size you could look at purchasing some standard flag hinges and then drill the relevant holes https://www.cateringhardwaredirect.co.uk/products/flag-hinges?variant=29540616405053
or

Thank you SteveJ, I have mailed O'Leary's for a stock enquiry.
E S Hartley also has something that looks very similar, but not cheap.

Is this any help?

You should try contacting Burstner for Elegance cab door hinges. Eye watering prices. And you need 2 per door.

Thank you for the input A S R , but as per my original post, it is locker hinges, not door hinges that I need.

It was more about them not being cheap.
I contacted Burstner about my door hinges because they too were getting very stiff so I thought I’d get some new ones. Not at that price I won’t.

Sorry, A S R , I've just re-read your post and realised you weren't suggesting a source, just the eye watering amounts that suppliers charge. Mea culpa.

A S R , it appears that these type of hinges becoming stiff over time is a fairly common issue. Not sure if your Burstner hinges have a plastic liner inside them or not, if not the suggested way to maintain them is to take the hinge off, dismantle it and then give the hole part a gentle ream with either a file or a drill bit, a gentle sand on the pin part and then reassemble with a bit of lithium grease. I did the hinges on my gas locker a few years ago as the door was getting very stiff, worked like a charm, only issue is that the door shuts in the slightest breeze so I have to hold it open most of the time when I need to get things in/out.

I give mine a periodic spray with WD40 then to clean then few squirts of 3 in 1

When I recovered from the near £800 price for 4 new hinges I decided to try to rejuvenate mine. There were small plugs of some sort of silicone in the tops of where the hinge pins were so I dug that out and kept “filling” the top with WD40. Once it had soaked in I kept topping it up over a few weeks and it has certainly loosened them off. In the next couple of weeks I’ll unbolt them one at a time, stick them in a vice, carefully tap the top and bottom sections off ( the only parts that move ) and give them a very light sanding to smooth them off. once they’re moving freely I’ll grease them up with something ( lithium you say )and bolt them back on.
Absolutely ridiculous price from Burstner so hopefully I can save mine.
Hope you get yours sorted.

To avoid sticking hinges I use Silicone Polish squirt in the hinges and rub with a cloth do this about twice a year also use it on the rubber seals on windows and the ratchet window locks
Works brilliantly.
Occasionally my wife gives me a rub down with it as well but that's a different story
