Hi,

My Exsis 505 i has the wiring pack that includes the rear view camera wires. I have found the wires at the back of the MH (behind false back to locker above rear bed) but can not find the other end which I assumed would be somewhere behind the radio. Had the radio out and looked but no joy. Before I start to dismantle the dash, has anyone got any info/ideas where it could be? Imported from Germany so no dealer help, have asked UK dealers but the do not seem to have any info.

Becks fitted my r v camera in my B544 and it is mounted on the console opposite the drivers door which with my rhd means the wiring terminates at one side rather than centrally behind the radio.

Thanks Larrywin, Just to check, does this mean that the wiring for your RHD is on the right hand side? Should have said that mine is LHD and this would suggest that the wiring for mine should be on the LHS?

Yes im sure it is and yours may well be on the opposite side .
In mine I believe it is routed through an angled ducting in the top of the cupboards.

In my DL they were coiled up behind the left hand front speaker.
Found them after I had fitted my own cables. Not too bad as adaptors would have cost £80 compared to £25 for the cables.

Thanks both, Good call to look behind the speaker.

Update.

Spent some time trying to follow camera wire from the back wall. It was not on the left hand side so found it going down the RHS. Pulled out the bottom draw under the sink/cooker unit and can see some coiled up wires. Need to find some more time to empty the draw and get it out so I can investigate further.

If it is under the back of the draw any idea how to route it to the front past the door?
