Expanding Thetford Cassette Capacity

Should be a simple twist-off old/twist-on new replacement, but not sure how important it is? Could have been stuck for many many years and loo still works?
It will be OK until you drive up a mountain with a load of doo, doos in it, then when you open the flap you will have a poo volcano.

..or even a poonami, love that word. :giggle:

now this is an interesting thing ..... The previous owner of my Motorhome, who presumably lived with this stuck close PRV, used to tour the continent and drive up mountains as his daughter is a 'base jumper'.
This is why I am wondering how important it is as would have been fixed/replaced I have no doubt it it gave a problem even once.

All a little academic seldf-pondering really, as:
#1 - it is the backup cassette now as I use the new one ✨
#2 - let's not go there 💩
#3 - I don't tend to drive up mountains (cue 💩 🌋 ) as they don't really exist in the UK (a 1,000 foot height is probably the most regularly go upto) ⛰️
#4 - I'll almost certainly replace it regardless of if important or not as I like things to be as they should :) 💩

We too carry a spare c2 cassette. It fits perfect into an Iceland padded freezer bag. Bag has a zip closer & is waterproof. £2 if I remember correctly. Easy to carry & empty as we don’t use chemicals only bio tabs.
