Excellent Customer Relations by Roadmaster

    In October 2007 I purchased and installed on our RV and Jeep a Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar and Brakemaster braking system at Camping World.
    Now 18 months on and 8000 plus miles later the Road and Brakemaster have given excellent service, the only items looking slightly the worse for wear are the two rubber dust caps that cover the Brakemaster air line coupling.
    I wrote to Roadmaster customer services asking if they manufactured the dust caps and if it would it be possible to purchase two more or supply the company who did?
    The next day received a nice reply from their Deanna Williams in customer relations who offered to send me two dust caps free of charge or postage, they arrived a few days later.

    In this day and age we are only too quick at complaining about bad service and NEVER reward good.
    So well done Brakemaster, Oh and prior to Oct 2007 I had never even been in a RV let alone
    owned one so I have no connections with the company.:thumb::thumb:
