Did they send a type approval document with that! Admittedly, it should be allowed under the Vienna Convention, but it seems many countries just ignore it and apply domestic laws to foreign travellers.

Spanish Traffic Law dictates that any car not being driven must be either trailered or on a recovery vehicle , I doubt the above will cut any ice with the Traffico
