EU plf

I’m travelling to France next week by Ferry and I when I try to fill out the EU plf form it only had a check box for entry by airline.
Is the plf required if entering by ferry?

Best bet is to ask your ferry company.

Didn't need it for the train/tunnel in may, just your vaccine pass.
