EPC PLC Vignette fines scam -be aware

Have been constantly harassed by the company who collect EU road fine (even if they are not due ).Trustpilot reviews give them 1 star .Any one experienced this ?

Hmmm ... there are quite a few funsters who've recently had fines issued for various stuff ... hopefully they haven't fallen for the con.

Have a look at the trustpilot reviews-1 star out of 5.Quite a few have been "bullied" into paying fines they do not owe.EPC collect fines for EU countries (motorway tolls etc) and are based in London.

Yes the scum tried it on with me recently under the guise of CPplus.
Probably thought they'd scam the spaniard . Sorry to say I sent them the "cease & desist" parking template along with notices to both client landowner addresses.
They even tried to make it look like it came under the 'cross border' directive whilst quoting Uk legislation, that requires whoever is the owner to be notified within 14 days ( & then only if a ticket is issued at the time) .....................8 months later
To say it is borderline fraudulent would be an understatement.
