End lounge?

I was browsing as you do on Autotrader's Motorhome site and had to click on the below, when I saw the words 'end lounge' in the description. What an imagination the seller has.

I may be wrong but I suspect the seller may want £1000 deposit and to meet him somewhere on an industrial estate as there are no staff to man the "showroom "
