Electrical issues

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a mobile electrician with motorhome experience in the West Midlands area?

My Fiat Ducato won't even produce any lights on the dashboard even though the vehicle battery is pushing out 12V.

My suspicion is the immobilizer/alarm but as the vehicle won't start i can't take it anywhere for inspection.

If no lights at all, it could be the main fuse.

Loose connection on the starter battery terminals, earth strap problem?

123vs is a flat battery should be at least 12.5 but i would expect to have dash lights at that voltage has the van been standing?

Check earth strap not mucky or loose.
