Electric bikes in Spain

We have electric bikes with full throttle and pedal assist. We want to know if we can make these pedal assist only to make them legal in Spain. They were supplied by AS bikes.
 
@woodstock Get in touch with Peter at AS bikes and he will send you details of the modification needed plus a CoC :)

The mod is easy and reversible for when you get home.
