Hi could any1 help I’ve got a huwawei internet box in the van I’ve put the sim in but can’t get it to connect there’s a key symbol showing I’m unsure if there’s a way to activate the sim any advice greatly received

After 2 days of trying different angles and different forums to get the sim working I gave in and rang EE they told me there’s no credit on the brand new sim I bought off Amazon for £50 for 120gb or 12 months just goes to show how things are sometimes out of your hands thanks for the advice regardless

If you read the reviews on that sim it stopped allowing roaming in January last year
