In France (32c) air-con. Suddenly stopped working, just blew out hot air. 2019 Burstner 15,000 miles. Stopped turned engine off waited 15 mins started up turned it on alls well!!

Maybe not... but any aircon I have had said if engine starts getting hot aircon will turn off to take some load away from engine...

Could well be, it is very hot today up to 35c and although temp gauge was in its normal range I had been climbing for a while. Thank you for your response.

Also with engine under load such as a long hill, it will switch out.
