I dont see why you would need it, as you have a wireless remote control, as well as a hard wired one.
Toys for the boys? :LOL::LOL:

We spoke to E&P at the NEC show about this. You do need another add on box, which unfortunately is quite expensive. Can’t remember the exact price but think it was £200 ish. They agreed it’s not really worth it if you already have a remote control as it doesn’t add any functionality.

What was interesting was that the stand next to them had AL-KO demonstrating their levelling system - which directly competes with E&P. Surprising as E&P are now owned by Al-KO....

I thought Alko gave up on theirs, thats why they bought E&p??

So did I. Indeed when talking to the guys from E&P UK, they were pleased with the new investment and future plans for their products. Must admit I never asked them about the alko system as I assumed it was dead:-)

However 20 feet further into the show, the AL-KO guys were demoing their product. They didn’t have any expectation of it being dropped and when I asked them about any potential conflict and they claimed it hadn’t occurred to them.....

Same when we visited NEC a year ago last October. We visited Alko, E&P, and Ma-Ve. I didn't know at the time about the Alko/E&P buyout, but of the three, the guys on the Alko stand were least knowledgeable. Went with E&P because of how well established they are in the market, their support network, and the fact they price matched the less expensive systems. I too am surprised they are continuimg with the Alko system. I wouldn't have thought it's much to do with brand loyalty.
