Had the original 75 ah battery failed ? If so, the e box onboard charger runs at full capacity trying to charge the failing battery, whether it's on hook up or getting power from the alternator and can damage a part of the circuit board which it shares with the fridge supply. Mine had this problem and it manifested itself by causing the fridge not to work. Luckily it was under warranty and the unit was replaced. I have since fitted a 150 watt solar panel which takes some of the load off the e box charger. If you feel confident about taking the box apart, have a look and see if the circuit board has fried like this picture, that's after switching it on and off just one more time of course to see if it resets.

@Kenneth Macinnes , just saw your reply today, if you want to get someone's attention, just put @ in front of their user name and they will get an alert.
I had mine replaced under warranty at Huddersfield with a new unit.
A and N caravans have a website and sometimes have recon units to sell, but they're in darkest Wales.
Found this outfit on a search too, but know nothing about them, Link Removed
Our van originally came from Perthshire Caravans, but I wouldn't know if they could help :(
