Cannot complain about DVLA brought a personal number plate, sent the V5 on Saturday to the number plate people who I purchased it from, received the new reg number plates on the Wednesday and the new V5 back on the Thursday Thought that was really good for DVLA

When we've bought both of our private plates from DVLA & they were both quick & smooth transactions.

I too have had very quick and efficient service from DVLA, in private plates and changing cars

You don't even need to send anything to Swansea to change a plate now.

As long as you've got the V750 you can do it online instantly.

Maybe the concentrate their personnel resources on the high fee-earning of private plates and the rest of us wait.
