always stay here before and after crossing via tunnel
If you have a dog keep it in the van, chattering with owner about how his dog had attacked window cleaner but misunderstood and at 8pm dog gets out and attacks ours in front of log burner!!
Either looking for alternative site or dog stays in van going forward

Stopped using this place when they put their prices up.

Taking the p*ss charging £20 a night even after spending £40+ on food, now use The Master Brewer, no charge at all.

theres another site 14mile go past to the petrol station turn left 100 yards on left of theres a parking area just down the rd

Thanks what’s the site called?

We always stay on the French side. That way you get cheap evening crossing going over and cheap morning crossing coming back.

If we did stop on the UK side it would be at the Canterbury P&R.

Canterbury Park and Ride is usually our last stop in the UK. We have a long drive down from Staffordshire and like to hit the M25 outside the rush hour. We then catch an early train next morning and arrive at our French Aire nice an early and in plenty of time to go shopping for supper and some nice French wine.

Where is the master brewer please never heard of it before.

The only Master Brewer I can think of is on Broadmead in Folkestone and wouldn’t have thought you could get Motorhome round there. Wasn’t The Brickfields was it, which is just off the motorway?

Yes it's the one in Perries Mead, stayed there overnight in September, no problems getting a motorhome there either.

Stayed there once on our very first trip abroad. Charged £25 to park despite having dinner in the pub and their dogs, who didn't look friendly at all, were wandering freely round the car park. Canterbury P & R or Cite Europe for us now depending on time of train.

I've parked up along the road at the triangular junction, whilst waiting . Walked the dog down past there so handy to know.

Bet the locals love that!

I’ve never understood why people stay on this side of Channel when traveling to France as you loose an hour off your journey the following day,Cite Europe is minutes from the Train and FOC.

Stayed at Drum once when returning but never again ridiculous cost, steep slope onto parking area not good when your 9m+ and the food was overpriced and passable at best.

You can stay at Tunnel if you arrive early we found that out this time it’s a bit noisy but ok for a night,(y)(y)
