Not enough!
Hi, looking for some help please.
We have a Pilote G600L with the drop down (non-electric) bed. Having seen a drop down bed that extends in a new MH at the NEC, we'd like to have our existing bed converted to an extending version so that we can change from east/west sleeping to north/south. Have been told by a friend who used to work in the trade that it's most probably doable by welding a pull out section to the existing metal bed frame, was wondering if anyone has done this and/or could recommend someone who could do it for us? We're Oxfordshire based, so anyone in the south east area would be handy.
Thanks in advance!

You need to check out Frankia A class with duo drop down bed, we’ve just bought a 2016 I 680 and that has an extending drop down bed. I think it’s on draw type sliders and the windscreen end has slats connected via ribbon for when the bed is pulled out, it also has drop down legs to support the extra length

It was a Frankia that we saw at the NEC that gave us the idea.
Not looking to change our motorhome just to get a different bed, but thanks anyway.
