Hi All

Newbie here - long time lurker but first time poster so be gentle !!
I did post this on the Motorhome Questions board but maybe was in the wrong section so i'm trying again here - hopefully got it right this time !!

I know this subject in part has been done to death so apologies in advance. Just hoping some of the
tech minded bods can help. I have EHU to an RCD protected consumer unit. From there I have a 2 gang DP socket.
Plugged into this I have a 3000w Renogy inverter. From one of the outlets on the Renogy I have a 1 gang DP socket
into which I want to plug a Dometic fridge. The fridge only works on 240V !!
As I understand it the Renogy has floating earth - the fridge instructions say the fridge has to be earthed.
Does the floating earth meet the criterea of earthing the fridge ?? If its unsafe then I will look to replace with a 12v
unit, although I would like to keep the Dometic if possible.
Any advice greatly welcomed !!
Thanks
