dometic hob

hello all,took delivery of a new motorhome in mid july 2021,after about 3 weeks had a recall notice from main dealer condemning the hob referring me to dometic. after several emails with dometic it became obvious they were playing for time. result was, action from them early next year. any one had similar experience and how can i light a firework under their backsides so to speak on jan 1

Send the dealer a bill for the lack of use of the van since July?

Surely they should be trying to get it fixed instead of fobbing you off to Dometic - who are the world worst company IMHO
