Dometic Fridge RMD10.5 Display blank

Anyone have a solution ?

The display on the Dometic RMD10.5 fridge freezer in our 2024 Autograph is blank. The fridge appears to be working but the display doesn’t respond when button pressed at all.



Lights come on inside too, so I believe it has 240 and 12v, although when i remove EHU it doesn’t sound like it is trying to ignite gas.



Anyone had similar experience and perhaps knows how to remove the panel to check its connectivity ?

The display, and control tends to be via a 12v habitation battery.

Possibly a blown fuse.

Do you have external grills, where there is potentially all the wiring connections

The fridge interior light works and that is off the 12v

Yes, but to what end ? The fridge is staying cool on EHU and without it, the fridge light is on which is from the 12v hab battery

I think RogerIvy has had a similar problem with a Dometic 10 series fridge and may be able to help .
