Dometic Fridge / Freezer (1 Viewer)

We have recently had our Dometic Fridge/Freezer tested and the results sent to Dometic who have refused to replace it under warranty as it allegedly performed within its design parameters despite being a useless piece of junk and no better than a coolbox , it certainly shouldn’t be marketed as a Fridge/Freezer.
Here is what Dometic say :
All Dometic RMxxxx absorption fridges are designed to work with a temp range of 10-32 degrees ambient temp. The internal temps within that range are;
Fridge 7 C
Freezer -12 C

Usually the fridge will go below the temps but officially we will only quote 7 and -12.

Please note that ice cream needs to be stored at -18.

Stuff like this always shocks me as if you were to use the temperatures as what Dometic quotes in your note and then compare them to the 'Food Danger Zone' criteria, then..........
