Absorption cooler with aluminium housing

The Dometic CombiCool RC 2200 absorption cooler can utilise the most suitable type of energy for any environment. The absorption coolers run on a 12-volt supply in the vehicle, on 230-volt mains supply at home or on a campsite, and can easily be switched to gas operation at remote locations.

A dazzling performance by the first absorption cooler with aluminium housing! CombiCool RC 2200EGP looks unbelievably good and is well-connected everywhere – at a barbecue on the terrace, at a picnic under the awning or far away from civilisation.

Thanks to optimised absorption technology it provides excellent cooling performances up to 33°C below ambient temperature and is completely silent. RC 2200 EGP has a capacity of 41 litres and a perfect interior design which allows you to cool up to eight 2-litre bottles.

It features recessed side grips to make the unit comfortable to transport.

  • Piezo ignition
  • Thermostat regulation in mains electric mode
  • 3-stage flame regulation in gas mode

No Michael
I'm treating myself to a compressor wine cooler.

We would much prefer a chilled Viognier

We bought an older version of one of those in 1991 for our first camping trip to France........still got it at our static in France as a beer and wine back up, still works remarkably well on mains, not tried the gas or 12v in years though, good piece of kit.

I think ours cost around £80 at the time, which was a lot of money......don't like warm beer:D

Sale agreed
Thank goodness for that, I can now forget how the hell I was going to fit it in my garage, let alone what I was going to fill it with as I don't even drink alcohol:D
