Do I need to Register my Trailer in Spain?

Trailer is 2600Kg Max weight
Car is UK plated

Im a bit confused?

I thought they had to be registered. Or is that only for towing with a Spanish car?

You must register commercial trailers over 750kg gross weight and all trailers over 3,500kg gross weight before towing them through some European countries.

No you don't. In the UK it must be registered for foreign travel only if under 3500kg and used commercially or over 3500kg regardless of use. .
