I have just had an email from the NHS saying get a booster jab. I had my booster jab 10 weeks ago do I get another ??

I doubt you will be offered one, these messages are being sent to everyone but I suspect if you try to book you won't be able to. So far only Israel is offering a fourth jab

my SIL has been sent appointment for 4th one, she is immune suppressed.

Yes they seem to be messaging everyone..
We had them although were boosted some time ago.
Grandaughter (14) had one and she only had first jab less than 4 weeks ago.
Grandson (16) already had 2 jabs but the messaged him as well.

I think in your case you would be able to book an appointment but maybe not get down until the right time

Far as I know it should be text only! Emails likely to be a scam!

Same here, I had my booster a couple of weeks ago, then the text last week.

My booster was in September just wondering how soon they would be doing the next one.

I also received the generic text yesterday. I had my booster jab back on 30 October.

I had my 3rd primary jab (I'm immunosuppressed) back in October.

I've had about 4 texts about the booster but I have to wait until 3 months after my 3rd primary (mid Jan), then I should get a letter inviting me for a booster regardless of all the texts, you have to take the letter with you or it can't be done.
I did try to book online after the first text but it won't accept it.
