Dirty Locker locks

Some time ago a funster posted how he cleans the locks and posted a picture. I have searched my saved threads but can’t find it. Here’s hoping the poster reads this and points me the way to do it.

Outside locker handles

One of our locker handles is getting quite hard to use, it's the lock as the key is difficult to put in/out of the lock. Similar to this one, ours have same locks as van doors. is it easy to get locks re jigged so we don't have to have different key ?
