Hi Guy's how do tell if your floor is stating to delaminate mine creaks in the area just before the cab where the floor meets and by the bed on the left hand side as you look at the bed in a a/t Imala it's going in for some work soon so might get them to look at it .
 
Creaking can be a sign but usually delamination is usually found in, entrances and front of sink floor areas ie heavy foot fall areas and is easily spotted by effected area being soft underfoot compared to unaffected areas,
 
Got a little bit of creaking in our Swift, but it's caused by dry joints rubbing together where the fixings had slackened off a little. Tightening them wasn't a huge success - maybe try a bit of talcum powder arounbd the creaking joints?
