Dawes Galaxy touring bicycle. 21 inch frame in racing green.
Reynolds 531 frame. Built in England
21 speed

Measurements
Seat tube (centre to top) 53.5cm/21in
Top tube (centre to centre) 56cm/22in
Standover height (midway point) 77.5cm/30.5in

Comes with rear rack, full mudguards, 2 bottle cages.

It has lugs for front racks.

New rear derailleur, new cables (inner and outer), brake levers, bar tape, gel bar cushioning - done last year and only ridden a couple of times since.

In good condition but has some marks due to age. You are welcome to view it. I'm only selling it as I don't like cycling with drop bars so have recently bought a flat bar bike. If you want more information or photos then just ask.

I have the same bike - except mine is a Super Galaxy (not much difference except mine came with front panier frames).

The bike shop along the road here in Poland had it in for new brake blocks and said 'Those are very good bikes' - how did he know?

My cost 650 pounds about 10 years ago. I would not let it go for 180. I wonder what a new one costs now? [Just checked - Bikeshed price on a Super Galaxy on a Reynolds 631 frame is discounted to 1100 quid]

I know new they are very expensive. But between my husband and I we now have 3 bikes and he is soon replacing his. We are moving into our motorhome (for 18 months) in a couple of weeks and we only have space for two bikes on the rack so I need to sell it quickly!
