They used to call it artistic license. Haha
Remold Tyre, happened while stationary, tell it's a remold by the stamp on it centre sidewall of the bulge, if photo shop you wouldn't get the right deflection of the mudguard, if it happens while moving would of shredded everything around it.
Looks like the original casing had a puncture repair done very badly, and then a new tread wrapped over it.
Also the majority of that size are on foreign trailers so any back street cheap Tyre remoulded could of done the job !
I will only use remold from bandage on a drive axle, never steer, bandage will give aguarentee with theirs.
