Good damp meter but not to dear please

This is a good one.

Tested it against a professional Protimeter and was accurate to within a decimal point or two.
However, it isn't a "non-destructive" meter so leaves pin marks (along with all pinned meters) on the surface.
A non-destructive meter is significantly more expensive.

Where are you based I have one you can use it’s a Proto-meter non-destructive

I have bought 2. An exotic none intrusive and a protimeter mini.

Whilst both expensive it depends on why you want them in my opinion. If your spending £40k is a couple of hundred on a meter disproportionate....i thought not.

Also when trading in I like to have something that the dealers use so there is no disagreement.

What I did with my meter was to solder on household needles to the existing pins. Leaves almost invisible holes when testing. Hasn't changed the accuracy but they are sharp and stick out of the bag they are in which are the only drawbacks.
