Anyone know where I can get one repaired?
It worked fine till it fell off the shelf- now shows no output when connected.
TIA

I bet that the repair plus postage etc would not be far short of a new one.

The shock has probably ruptured an internal fuse. Worth whipping the cover off to check that isn’t the problem.

If its more than a fuse you could try Apuljack engineering in East Breen Somerset if CTEK don't have a returns system for repairs.

It might be cheaper and quicker to buy an optimate made by Oxford. I have one on my motorcycle and have used it on the motorhome before. It worked very well. However it is not a fast charging thing. It keeps the battery in good condition by slightly discharging and recharging. Not very expensive. It has lights on it telling you what it is doing.

Yes optimate is good, but open the old one up, it will only want something soldering,, ie a physical fault, all the components will be ok

Took the back off, couldn't even see a fuse
Probably just replace it, shame really as it had just recharged my flat leisure batts from 3'4 and 3'5volts!
