I did this online by taking a photo of the V5 and filling in the form 2 days ago. This morning, an email arrived with the certificate attached. Presumably the real one will follow soon by post. Very quick service, and easy to do. Cost 4.80€

Like Speve above we were in Paris last month and I didn't notice many stickers either. We got ours before we went as my son lives in Paris, his opinion is that it's not a bad thing to have and it doesn't cost much anyway.

Thanks for your assistance. However I simply cannot get my copy photof my v5 accepted.

Thanks for that might as well get one then, because if it's anything like germany you don't get a lot of warning entering the zone, it does not matter as we are green, but you can go by without spotting them. (y)

;) Might have to move one of my FUN stickers so I can see through the windscreen. Bob.

Thanks for all these helpful posts, it took a couple of weeks now in the windscreen. (y) Bob.

When I did mine 2 weeks ago, I took a photo of my V5 on the laptop "before" filling the form in online. Only the asterisk answers need filling in, and then attach the photo. It all seemed very easy and it needs to be for me, Im not very good on computers.
The return email arrived next day, then the official sticker arrived within a week at my UK address.

Are you sure you've got the size down below 400mb? Any decent photo programme can do it.
If you are, try using a different browser. I spent ages trying with Google with no luck, then tried Opera - went straight through.

I did our 2017 cat 6 last Wednesday, as car its below 3500 kg, no emissions on V5, photographed on phone and used a free program called Photo Filtre to scale it down because its so easy to use just a slider that gives the size in kb's.
Got the certificate for the yellow sticker on Friday and the proper sticker on Tuesday.

Thank you all. I've taken a photo before and after completing the form but zilch.
Will try Photo Filtre but am completley lost with regards using a different browser. Didnt know I had a choice on my ipad.

But thanks for the advice.

What does "Mark" mean on the application form for Crit-Air sticker please/ Thanks Chris

Ay up are we still wondering about this thing after five years, thought it had died a death.

Just about to bin my application.
Where on earth would I work out my g/km?
I have a 2011 Fiat 3.0litre diesel - class 3 (???)
V5 does not give.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers
If you haven't got the emissions figures they go by the year of registration.

Do you mean Marque ?
You can select the page in English, Marque changes to Make.
Hope this helps,

Ally

It was resurrected because a new member asked a specific question about what ‘Mark’ meant on the application form. I’m guessing that it means ‘Make’ as in Make and Model.
