Do you just need to scan vehicle details page of reg doc?when applying for a crit air!We go to France regularly but usually avoid main cities but last year satnav took us straight through Paris.Thought we may get fine but never heard anything !Thought we may play it safe this year!

You biggest problem is reducing a scan or photo down to a size they will accept - Its very small.

Exactly the same thing happened to us ... it was my first time driving the van ... luckily Id bought the CritAir just in case. Yes, 2nd page ... the one with all the details on. Just upload as low quality image. Cheap as chips and came quickly.

I am in two minds about Crit air. I have it on my present and previous vans but travelling around much of western Europe I have noticed that very few French vans have bought into it.

I had a nightmare trying to reduce the size to the awkward - naturally - size that these Frenchies want. Then I downloaded an app (called Compress I think) and did it through that and hey presto, it worked.

I just email a picture to myself on my iPhone. Then Apple gives me the option of reducing the size.
