Hi All ,
I am having one hell of a job uploading the photo of my V5 on the official website, I’ve compressed it way down to 100kb jpeg and it still refuses to accept it , I’ve tried emailing it to myself and saving it as small and its still not happening,
Any ideas ?

I think someone has mentioned issues with browsers in the past, can you try a different one.

Try using a different browser, I've done it a few times in Firebox without any problems.

I also struggled. After getting it down to size I initially failed. Then one thing - I forget which - worked. It was either loading the small file from my laptop onto the link or copying it and dropping it into the box. 🗃️

Thanks everyone for your help I resorted to dusting off my old laptop and scanner and did it that way , I had tried everything with the iPad but it still wasn’t having any of it .

You say you compressed the file to a small jpeg, but that is not a jpg file which is the upload criterion. open your jpeg, select save as and choose jpg.

Having struggled with a similar problem, I tried again using Firefox instead of Safari on my MacBook, and it worked! Have now received my Crit Air sticker, delivered for just over £4 total cost

You cannot do your crit air sticker/badge on an IPad, the pictures won’t load and you can’t progress beyond the upload picture page. Laptop, computer, surface pro are your only options.

Cheers!

My Crit Airs have turned up two weeks after ordering them. The instructions on how to stick them to the windscreen are execrable Frenglish! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
