Year 3 of ownership !
While being away this weekend (freezing my bits off) i noticed i have a cracked shower tray. Fiat CI autoroller, a crack 4-5 inches long :cry:

There is a shower carpet covering it, thats why it has come to light now !

How can repairs be done ? Underneath is wooden floor. Can't get from underneath :Angry:

Hi Mark
A thankless task indeed, shower tray repair has to be one of the hardest diy tasks in a Motorhome, impossible to do an invisible repair and difficult to obtain good results, due to the fact that almost certainly a flexing tray has caused the problem and stopping that is in itself not easy, replacement is the only proper remedy, but you didn't want to hear that did you
So two options
if crack is hairline and minimal flexing try Captain Tolley's creeping crack sealer Link Removed
or if you prefer Milliput repair putty HERE
Once applied and cured gently fine wet and dry sand(1200 grade) the repair and polish with T cut and wax or similar :thumb:

Yes, plastic and white. Can't belive i did'nt check it before buying it.
I dont really care for the finish, but i suppose i'd better do a tidy job.
How much does a shower tray cost ? Mega bucks knowing my luck
It's cracked right under where the man stands to pee.

If its a box standard tray you can but em for about £40!
If its a special shape they will cost a bit more!
If your going to take it out you can buy a fibre glass repair kit for less than a tenner that makes it indestructable!
Do it from underneath though!
